Research
As a first step, we work with the clients to understand their requirements in detail. This stage is handled either by one of our directors or one of our senior recruitment consultants, to ensure there is no scope for misalignment whatsoever.
Profiling
Once we understand the clients' requirements, we begin mapping the requirements with the talent pool. We search for the best talents, including in our exhaustive database.
Pre-screening
Our experienced consultants will pre-screen candidate profiles before they are sent to our clients. This is to ensure only high quality and matching profiles are sent, and also to reduce unnecessary work for our clients.
At the request of our clients, we interview and shortlist target candidates. In line with our core values, we ensure thorough professionalism in this whole process. We employ an array of assessment tools to ensure a good fit between the client and the candidate, thus increasing hit & retention rates.
Interviews
We facilitate interviews between our clients and candidates. We also undertake reference checks on candidates.
Transition Management
We work with the candidates to facilitate smooth transition from their previous employer into our client organization. We also manage offer negotiation between the client and the candidate, based on client' request.
Strategy Review
We hold regular client meetings to understand requirement roadmap, focus areas and to finalize hiring strategy
